Dates & Location
The conference will be held 3-5 June, 2025 at the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands at the Auditorium Conference Center (Aula). The address of the location is Mekelweg 5, 2628 CC Delft.

Conference Fees
– Early Bird: €150 (available from 5 February 2025 until 4 March 2025)
– Regular: €200 (available from 5 March 2025 until 4 April 2025)
– Late Registration: €250 (available from 5 April 2025)
– Global South Participants: €50
In our commitment to global inclusivity, we offer a discounted rate for participants from the Global South.  Please note: While we are unable to provide financial support (such as covering travel expenses), the Special Fee is designed to make it easier for participants from the Global South to attend and contribute to the conference. 

All registrations include full access to the conference and lunch catering on all days.  

Visa Requirements for the CS4Water Conference

It is the responsibility of all participants to determine whether they require a visa to attend the CS4Water Conference in the Netherlands from June 3-5, 2025. If you plan for a visit for less than 90 days to visit the conference, you may need to apply for a short-stay Schengen visa, depending on your nationality. To begin the visa application process, delegates should contact the nearest Dutch embassy, consulate, or the relevant Schengen representative office in their country of residence. Visa requirements and procedures may differ depending on your country of origin, so we strongly recommend verifying the specific guidelines for your location.

Additionally, in some countries, the Netherlands is represented by another Schengen country for visa processing. Visa Application for Conference Attendees

If you require a visa to attend the conference, you might need an official letter of invitation from the conference organizers. Please note that the letter of invitation will only be issued to participants who have completed registration and paid the conference fee, or whose attendance has been officially approved. The posibility to obtain a letter will be available once registration for the conference opens.
